PRODUCT INFORMATION
What are your main products?
We started Sparkle Studio by selling earrings but our goal was to be a staple Burmese jewelry/accessory brand so now with the majority of our products being earrings, we provide rings, necklaces, mask chains, bracelets, anklets and hair accessories. We are constantly working on expanding our product range.
What is the average price of your products?
Our products run from 2500ks to 30000ks at the moment.
What materials are used in your products?
Most of our items are made out of high quality brass or sterling silver (925). We have 14k gold plated items as well. We always include full product descriptions for our items but feel free to contact us for more details.
What is the longevity of your products?/ Will it tarnish?/ Will it change color?
This is a concern most of our customers have and it is also our concern when we are sourcing our products as most of our jewelries have costume finish.
From our own research and Quality Control test datas, with good care and upkeep;
Standard Quality Items
- Price Range: 2500ks - 6500ks
- Estimate Longevity (the lasting of the coating/color): 6 months
The longevity written above is just an average estimate. It really depends on the upkeep, what chemicals the items are exposed to and many other factors.
Premium Quality Items
- Price Range: 8500ks - 16500ks
- Estimate Longevity (the lasting of the coating/color): 6-12 months
Same as before the longevity written above is just an average estimate. According to the results from out QC tests and the feedback from our customers, we've had items that wear perfectly well for 12-19 months looking good as new.
Gold Plated Items
- Price Range: 9500ks - 25000ks
- Estimate Longevity (the lasting of the coating/color): 1-2 years or longer
Our gold plated items are either 18k or 14k plated with most of them having alloy metal or 925 silver as their base material. Since the coating on these items are real gold, there is not much of a problem or concern with the fading of the coating/color.
We include polishing cloth, care tips and separate pouches to care for all your jewelry so if you love and take care of them well, you will get more than your money's worth from all our items.
Most of our items passed our Quality Control check and we can vouch for their quality 90% of the time. However, if there are any problems, we always do our best to solve the problems together with our customer as customer satisfaction is our main goal.
ABOUT SHIPPING
How long is the waiting time for deliveries within Yangon?
You will receive your orders within 3 days after order confirmation.
How much is the shipping fees within Yangon?
Delivery fees is 2000ks for all townships within Yangon. However, delivery to Htaut Kyant, Thingangyun Gyi, Thanlyin, Dagon Seikkan and Yuzana Oo Yin is 4000ks.
Do you have free shipping?
We have free delivery for Yangon orders of 30000ks and above. For other states and divisions, we have free delivery for orders above 50000ks.
Do you deliver to places outside Yangon?
Yes, we deliver to all states and divisions outside Yangon but all orders outside Yangon will have to be prepaid. We will send the orders out within 3 days after receiving the payment.
What method of shipping do you use for places outside Yangon?
We deliver using two methods; via the post office and via Royal Express.
Post office delivery costs 1000ks and waiting time is around 7 days depending on the location. We provide the tracking number where you can check the status of your package via Myanmar Post website. https://www.myanmarpost.com.mm/
Royal Express delivery fees starts from 3000ks depending on the location and waiting time is 4-7 days. We provide the tracking number where you can check the status of your package via Royal Express website. http://www.royalx.net/

How can I pay for my orders?
We have online payments and cash on delivery for Yangon orders. For orders outside of Yangon, we accept payments through, CB Bank, KBZ Bank, AYA Bank, WavePay and KBZPay.
